  • Consumers prefer tablets for searching, browsing, not shopping
    Shoppers prefer to use their tablets more than any other device for conducting research and searching for products but largely shun them for buying because of confusing user interfaces, according to an e-commerce survey of 43,000 consumers from OpinionLab, a consumer research firm.
