  • Colo. prepares to assemble massive navigator team
    Colorado Insurance Commissioner Jim Riesberg says the state will need a large pool of navigators, enough to enroll 800 consumers daily for six months or more. "That's a lot of navigators. Where are they going to come from?" Riesberg said.
