  • N.J. town's businesses propose new sign rules
    The borough council in Woodland Park, N.J., will consider amendments to the town's sign ordinance to allow businesses to fly feather flags and display A-frame signs. The measure, developed in consultation with local businesses, was introduced Nov. 21 and will be heard again Wednesday. If approved, it would allow the signs to be displayed during business hours.
