  • How to persuade consumers to actually use QR codes
    QR codes are an attractive tool for marketers -- or at least they would be if consumers actually used them, writes Brenden Mulligan. One way to make the codes more appealing could be to integrate QR scanners into smartphone camera hardware, allowing people to "click" on QR codes simply by taking a photo.
