Deutsch founder, artist David Deutsch is dead at 84

David Deutsch, who in 1969 founded the agency that still bears his name, died Thursday. He was 84. A veteran of McCann-Erickson and Ogilvy & Mather, Deutsch was known for his old-fashioned work ethic. "After I show [a prospective client] my work, I can say, truthfully, that I'm talking to him as the man who will do the work.
