Beware of Housewares Show list-selling emails

IHA has recently received solicitation emails from marketers offering the complete attendee list from the 2016 International Home + Housewares Show for a fee. IHA does not sell any attendee list -- neither exhibitor nor buyer -- and provides the list of buyer attendees to current exhibitors after the Show, free of charge, so they may follow up on business leads. The exhibitor list is shared only with trusted vendors providing Show services on behalf of IHA. These marketing solicitors are not affiliated with IHA nor the Show, and IHA is not responsible for their content.

Trade mission explores Australian, New Zealand markets

IHA members interested in the home and housewares markets in Australia and New Zealand will meet with key retailers and learn more about the business climate during a trade mission to Sydney and Auckland Oct. 30 to Nov. 4. New insurance program covers Prop 65 liability

IHA is offering a new insurance program that can help members mitigate their liability under the California Proposition (Prop) 65 legislation. The Prop 65 Protection Program provides protection from the costs associated with defending a Prop 65 lawsuit specific to plasticizers, including fines, penalties and legal costs. Asia to USA spot market rates increase
