Explore Mexico's retail market through IHA trade mission

Housewares Charity Foundation to honor Hayes, Boynton, Brandl

The Housewares Charity Foundation (HCF) will celebrate its 20th anniversary by honoring three industry leaders at its annual gala dinner March 20 during the International Home + Housewares Show. Janet Hayes, president of Williams Sonoma, will receive the Lifetime Humanitarian Award; Richard L. Boynton Jr., president of JURA Inc., will receive the Humanitarian of the Year Award; and Phil Brandl, President and CEO of the International Housewares Association will receive the Lifetime Leadership Award. Show exhibitors wanted for "The Big Pitch"

All exhibitors in the 2017 International Home + Housewares Show are invited to pitch their new products to Kevin Harrington of "Shark Tank" fame. Harrington will be conducting in-booth product pitches for "The Big Pitch" on March 18 and 19. Last year, the company featured 12 exhibitors in two episodes on the Fox Business Channel. Exhibitors will have five to 10 minutes to pitch their product to Harrington, who will then select items to be included in an infomercial featuring the best new products from the Show.
