A new "Love" ad for Wal-Mart from Saatchi & Saatchi, New York, is kicking off the company's plan to rebrand as an underdog ad appeal to emotion. The spot shows a little girl buying and wrapping tennis balls that are delivered to a nursing home so residents can play with the dogs being brought in.
