Giant Eagle will acquire 2 Pa. stores

Giant Eagle is purchasing two Johnstown, Pa., stores that were independently operated by a family, who has decided to retire from the supermarket business. Basil, Edward and Carmen Trovato purchased the stores in 1986 and 1995. The deal is scheduled to close at year-end.
