Freshness and environment top packaging priorities

In a global survey by Ipsos InnoQuest, 55% of shoppers said they pay more for packaging that keeps food fresh or is better for the environment. Further down the list of priorities are spill prevention, temperature control and improved ability to eat or drink on the go.
