Kraft's revamped Philadelphia packaging reduces paper use

Retail-ready packaging for Philadelphia cream cheese, introduced by Kraft Foods in June 2011, cuts paper use by 800,000 pounds annually, the company said. The packaging holds 12, 24 or 36 bricks of cream cheese and replaces 12-count cartons that were packed in a corrugated case.
