4A's 2016 Employee Compensation Study Available

The 2016 Employee Compensation final report, showing salaries as of May, 2016, has just been published. The study includes salary data from agencies of all sizes, reflecting the responses of 279 member agency offices providing data on 28,000 salaries for 236 job titles in 19 job categories. The report is in four sections with the data broken down (1) by size of agency by number of employees and (2) by geographic location. Section 3 includes, for reference, the list of standardized job titles in the study, other possible job titles that agencies may use for the same position, and the job descriptions. Section 4 presents a Ten-Year Data Analysis of 16 key positions.

The report is available only to 4A's members. 4A's members who did not participate in the survey may purchase the report by contacting Tom Phelan.
