Congress opposes sub-building delay

Sen. Joe Lieberman, I-Conn., and House Armed Services Chairman Buck McKeon, R-Calif., are leading opposition to the Navy's proposed delay of its Virginia-class attack submarine program. The Navy is proposing the delay in order to cut short-term costs.
