Data look at compensation changes for U.S. physicians

Specialty physicians attained a 1.9% compensation growth this year, down from a 3.2% increase in 2013, data from the 2014 Physician Compensation and Productivity Survey showed. Researchers also found general pediatric physicians saw a 5% increase in compensation between 2013 and 2014, while internal medicine and family medicine physicians saw 2% and 3% increases, respectively.
