Edelman decides to heed it own advice after PR flubs

Public relations giant Edelman is trying to correct course after making two seemingly unforced PR errors on its own behalf -- one was related to a Guardian survey about climate change and another was a blog post suggesting there was "opportunity" to be found in the death of actor Robin Williams. "Just because you advise clients on the complexities of today's world, that doesn't mean they're easier to manage," said Edelman's Ben Boyd.
