New labor laws put restaurants at a disadvantage, CKE chief exec says

A string of labor-related mandates, along with an upcoming December regulation requiring increased overtime pay for managers could force restaurants to raise prices or cut staff positions in order to offset higher labor costs, writes Andy Puzder, CEO of CKE Restaurants.
