Angry Afghans converge on U.S. troops in aftermath of Kabul car bomb blast

A suicide car bomb was detonated in Kabul on Tuesday as a convoy of U.S. troops went by, leaving at least one Afghan civilian dead and as many as 22 others wounded. Angry Afghans tending to the wounded civilians converged on the Americans, wounding one, and accused the troops of firing on them. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
