Fans unhappy about Victoria's Secret's plan to drop swimsuits

NRF SmartBrief | May 27, 2016

Fans of Victoria's Secret swimsuits took it hard when the retailer confirmed this week that it will discontinue the line to focus on the lingerie and beauty products that bring in the lion's share of the brand's revenue. Bathing suits brought in about $500 million of the chain's $7.7 billion in revenue last year. Shoppers took to social media to vent their disappointment about the decision.
