Cable is slammed for "lousy" service in Consumer Reports survey

NAB SmartBrief | Jun 01, 2015

Cable providers have been slammed in a Consumer Reports survey for their service and the value of their offerings. All but one of 39 Internet offerings and 20 of 24 TV packages received the lowest possible ratings. In addition, 19 of 20 bundles were rated the worst for value. "Along with death and taxes, lousy cable service seems to be one of life's certainties," the report says. Money magazine (05/29)
