NAB petitions FCC to reconsider "flawed" repack plan

The National Association of Broadcasters has petitioned the Federal Communications Commission to reconsider what the NAB calls a "flawed" repack plan. Mistakes made during the auction have led to "unprecedented logistical and operational challenges" that will likely lead to more viewer disruption and a longer repack time, the NAB said.
