Hollywood makes diversity strides, say Brian Grazer, Ted Sarandos

Netflix programming director Ted Sarandos said the company is focusing on incorporating women from the executive suite to the director's seat. "We are working as hard as we can to make sure that television is diverse in front of and behind the camera," he said at a discussion hosted by Visionary Women.
