Dakota Access Pipeline set to start moving oil this week

Energy Transfer Partners said in a court filing on Monday that oil could start flowing through the Dakota Access Pipeline this week in spite of "recent coordinated physical attacks along the pipeline that pose threats to life, physical safety, and the environment." The 1,172-mile pipeline has the capacity to transport 570,000 barrels of oil per day. The Hill (03/20)
