Suncoast Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is undergoing a two-year renovation project that will consist of the addition of a 70-seat center bar, an upgraded hotel check-in area and the relocation of the sportsbook to allow for a stadium-style design. Other improvements include a new food hall, an overhaul of the casino floor and expansion of meeting space.

Construction has begun on Accor's $300 million resort in Subic Bay, Philippines, which will feature a casino and two hotels, as well as swimming pools, a gym, meeting space and convention facilities. A 2025 opening is projected for the 175-room Ibis Styles hotel, while the 250-room Mercure hotel is expected to welcome guests in 2026.

A May debut has been set for the Choctaw Landing casino-resort in Hochatown, Okla., which will include 600 slot machines, a 100-key hotel, an amphitheater, conference rooms, a pool and a fitness center. The $238 million property, owned by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, will hold a soft opening at the beginning of April.

A $10 million interior renovation has begun at Gun Lake Casino in Wayland, Mich., and will include the addition of a high-limit gaming room, Crossroads Casino Bar and Lounge and Lucky Dragon Noodle Bar. The casino is also in the middle of a $300 expansion project, comprising a 252-room hotel, pools, cabanas and an entertainment venue.
