Chamberlain leads list of master's program enrollments
A U.S. News analysis found Chamberlain College of Nursing had 4,963 master's students last fall, the highest among 246 ranked programs that submitted data. Nursing schools have ramped up student recruitment. The report found the average number of master's students over all nursing schools surveyed was 243. U.S. News & World Report

Networking tips for nurses
Participating in the local meetings of nurses' groups is a good way for novices to begin networking. "New grads should definitely join their state organization and go to the meetings. You make contacts, and the organization will keep you up-to-date on legislation and education practices," said Phyllis Kupsick, president of the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society.
