Avoid these resume cliches
Don't include buzzwords such as "hardworking" and "team player" on your resume or use cliche statements such as "references available upon request," writes Arnie Fertig. "Like with mission statements, when writing cover letters and resumes or interviewing for a new position, it's too easy to eagerly conform to what you think others want to hear," he writes. Minn. technical college shifts focus to trades
