Nursing home study challenges
Nursing home (NH) research faces many challenges to reach completion, especially retaining facilities to study completion. Noncompleters tend to have more deficiencies and higher personnel turnover rates. Some nursing homes that would typically have been noncompleters were convinced to complete this end-of-life care study only after extraordinary effort and time investment.
